Keep the gears turning behind the scenes at a leading ag dealership! We're looking for a motivated Service Coordinator to lead shop operations, support our technicians, and drive service excellence all year round.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate customer, internal, and warranty repair requests
Manage part-time wash bay & lot staff
Maintain yard, lot, and grounds
Oversee internal & external unit transportation
Open & manage work orders, track service priorities
Support technicians to maintain 5-Star performance levels
Lead the charge in hitting monthly & annual service goals
Monitor and schedule technician training & certifications
Keep the shop clean, safe, and well-equipped
Participate in team L10 meetings & build up the CSI family culture
Schedule:
Mon–Fri 8–5 (Off-Season)
Mon–Fri 7:30–5:30 (In-Season)
On-call during Planting/Harvest
Pay & Perks:
Starting at $20/hr (DOE)
Monthly Bonus + Up to 15% Year-End Bonus
