All Vets Club Jamestown is seeking a Working General Manager to lead day to day operations for our nonprofit service organization. This role is hands on and ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience and leadership skills.
The General Manager oversees daily club operations, staff scheduling, customer service, inventory, and financial controls. This position works directly with the Board and plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, well run environment for members and guests.
Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality, bar, or club management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience with POS systems and basic computer programs

Bartending experience is strongly preferred

Ability to manage staff, schedules, and daily operations independently
Compensation

Approximately 40 hours per week

Salary range: $4,200 to $4,800 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
