Liechty Homes is seeking a Branch Manager and Lead Housing Consultant to oversee local office operations and lead sales efforts at one of its manufactured and modular housing locations. This role serves as the local leader, responsible for team performance, customer experience, and overall branch success.
The Branch Manager leads by example, supports company culture, and holds staff accountable for results. Responsibilities include sales leadership, staff scheduling, recruiting, expense management, and coordination of service requests. This position also works closely with senior leadership and remote managers to ensure consistency and strong communication across teams.
