This program is meant to cultivate and connect women leaders across Stutsman and Barnes counties by providing meaningful learning, mentorship, and community engagement opportunities that inspire growth and create lasting impact.

-Encourage Civic and Community Leadership
-Sustain Personal and Professional Growth
Application Requirements & Process:
To be eligible to apply you must:
- Be a woman living or working in Stutsman or Barnes Counties
- Be at least 21 years old at the start of the program in January 2027
- Commit to a $500.00 tuition. (Most employers sponsor their employees to participate as a professional
development opportunity. We strongly encourage contacting your employer about tuition assistance.)
- Commit to attending ALL five sessions from 9am to 4pm in 2027 on :
January 14th, February 11th, March 11th, April 8th, and May 7th

Handwritten, late, or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
In order to ensure a diverse and growth mindset experience, up to only two applications from the same organization/company will be considered.
Applications are due by midnight on November 13, 2026.
Applicants will be notified via email, informing them whether or not they have been selected to participate
in the program on December 1, 2026.
Selected participants have until December 15, 2026 to commit to the program and pay the tuition.
