\nThe mission of the Women'\;s Cohort is to cultivate and connect women leaders across Stutsman and Barnes counties by providing meaningful learning\, mentorship\, and community engagement opportunities that inspire growth and create lasting impact. \;

\nThe first session on January 14th will focus on Leading from Where You Are. We will hear from Liz Hunt \;of the University of Jamestown\, Steph Nelson with the Anne Carlsen Center\, \;and Amy Allender from Hey Minot! \;
\n
\nThe second session on February 11th is focused on Speaking with Confidence. Jodi Bruns of the NDSU Extension Office will lead us through a training and Patrick Kirby with Do Good Better will give a keynote. \;
\n
\nThe third session on March 11th is focused on Leading Through Change Holly Utke with Dakota Central\, Erin Klingenberg with Valley City State University\, and Annie Schlecht of Zen Sleep Consulting will lead a sessions. \;
\n
\nThe fourth session on April 8th is focused on Hard Conversations\, Strong \;Teams. Mike Delfs\, CEO at Jamestown Regional Medical Center\, will walk us through a training\, and University of Jamestown Leadership \; Graduate Students will workshop with us in the afternoon. \;

\nThe final session is on May 7th. This session is focused on Community\, Boards\, and \;Legacy. Emily Bivens with the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce will lead a session in the morning\, then the 2026 Cohort Alumni will join the 2027 Cohort for Reflection\, Graduation and Celebration.
