Diabetes Support Group
Essentia Health Jamestown is offering a free Diabetes Support Group.
The group will meet Monday, Sept 10 from 1:30-2:30pm at the Jamestown Senior Citizens Center, located at 502 10th Avenue Southeast in Jamestown. This months theme is Makeing Community Connections: Overview of local community resources to help manage your health. The group is open to the public and there is no cost to attend.
