2026 Leadership Academy

The 2026 Leadership Academy is a hands on leadership development experience for professionals who want to grow with intention.

This three session academy brings together experienced leaders to explore key topics including emotional intelligence, purpose driven leadership, communication, career planning, and building strong teams. Participants will learn how to better understand their leadership style, communicate with clarity, and move from managing tasks to leading people.

Each session blends expert instruction with guided discussion, real world examples, and time for personal reflection. The academy is designed to help participants leave with clear next steps they can apply in their careers and in the Jamestown community.

Sessions will be held March 19, March 26, and April 2 at Dakota Central. Class size is limited to encourage meaningful conversation and connection.
